[s-cars] Temp adjustment gremlins

Hi Guys, 
 
Every once in a while my temperature adjustment (usually the +) will not respond, I think the fan is
also unresponsive.... I can push as hard as I want and nothing... 10 minutes later... works perfect.
I can live with this, just wondering if this happens to anyone else ... I am sure this is not a good
+ve sign .... this seems to also happen more often in winter, maybe because it is so bloody cold
here and I am cranking up the heat.
