[s-cars] Paint job pricing

That's cheap, real cheap.

I have a local guy that paints anything I need to have painted. He does
on the side and charges $1200 for a car. That is cheap but I have seen
his work for years. For $1200 he does exactly the kind of job you are
looking for. Not a show car but it looks real good even standing right
beside it.

I would try to see if you can actually see some of his work. Are the
nice cars in his shop painted by him?

If you were referred by a trusted source, I'd give it a try.

Best of Luck,

This includes complete sanding and about 1 coat primer, 3 coats paint and 2-3 coats clearcoat. All trim would be masked off (although I would remove most of it myself instead).
