[s-cars] More Woah!

I talked with ECS about this a month or so ago about this - they said there
was a new-version caliper block which they would provide to replace the
originals.  They wanted all their BBK customers to sign up for replacements;
they'd work their way down the list as the new production parts became
available. Their intention was to send new carriers, bill you for them,
then credit you when they received your old ones back. My sense was they
wanted all the original ones off the street.
