Matt:

I see you have 993tt rotors too. The downside to using the S8 rotors are
they are 2 mm thinner (32 vs 30), therefore the rotor will be 1 mm off
center. Actually, its not a big deal, but you will get uneven pad wear.

Also, IME, the S8 rotors / 993tt calipers squeal like a pig even with
copious anti-squeal compound.

With the 993tt rings and 993tt calipers they are silent as a mouse.
