[s-cars] Mystery spring

BTDT on my A2 VW GTi Solo car. Hardest part is micro-adjusting the bias
valve
vs. spring position, as VAG didn't see fit to provide one, and the in-class
rules
prohibited any permanent mods to the brake system. Didn't prevent an
external
removable jig, however.
