Actually a bit of both.  The Shelby GLH-S Charger and the Shelby  GLH-S were 
the intercooled versions of the Shelby  GLH Charger Turbo and the Omni GLH 
Turbo.  Don't forget  that the Shelby GLH Charger and Omni GLH came out in 1983 
and 1984 (and base in  85) as 110hp carb versions of the respective models.

No, those that answered "Shelby" are correct.  There
was  also a Shelby Charger followed by a Shelby
Daytona, these cars were  stylistically more like a
Scirocco- true 2-door hatchback coupes whereas  the
Omni was a 4-door ala Rabbit/ GTI/ Golf.
