[s-cars] Recommendations for "restoring" an S6 instrument cluster

I need a couple of hints to help me "restore" instrument cluster:

1.  I need a lead to a 7 mm socket thin enough to get down to the nuts
holding some of the gauges into the cluster. Mine is too fat.

2.  I need a lead to a  polish that works on plastic to take scratches
out of the clear plastic instrument cluster cover.
