They are also running (at least on I80 through Sac and
up to Truckee) white CV's with no roof bar, just
lights inside and CHP stickers on the doors and
backside.  Very camo- but then how many Crown Vics are
on the road that aren't cruisers?

Got fooled by a Mini Cooper- black with white roof. 
Spotted it coming down an on-ramp WAY behind me, took
until he was just a few car lengths back to figure it
out.
