[s-cars] SS brake line conversion (update)

Seems I have rear line leak. Is 11mm nut on the hard brake line (rear)
supposed to rotate? Mine doesn't, so I held that nut and spun/tightened the
SS line to the hard line. Then spun the rear caliper to attach to the other
end of the SS line.
Seems to me like the nut on the hard line it the one you should be
tightening with would inturn compress the spring clip putting tension on the
fitting to prevent loosening. Am I off base here or anyone of the more
seasoned members could chime in I would greatly appreciate it.
