[s-cars] Fans on the dyno

Mark, I can't explain what caused the 40hp gain, but I can math  out that it 
can't be either of the S cars fans.

This begs the question... where did 40 HP come from, and... can I do it

The other variable might have been going from winter tires to summer  rubber ?
