Abe:

Best way to clear the drains is with a blast of high pressure air 
from a compressor.

Insert the nozzle into the top of the front drains from an open 
sunroof. Blow downward.

And since you can't access the rear drains from above, blow from the 
bottom upward for those.
Probably want to close the sunroof first, so the crap that comes out 
doesn't fall into the interior.
