Jeff,

There are no decorative trim pieces on top of the euro bumper.  That's
on the US bumper only.

I don't think you need the 257 & 258 Wheel Arches.  I think that may be
part of some optional thing on the European models for wide tires, but
would require you to also get the matching trim pieces for the fenders.
I wouldn't bother with them.

The 345 N left grill piece you list is only for V8 models.  You want the
345 M, which is for the S6 with the AAN.  Remember that the left grill
is in front of the intercooler, which the V8 models don't have.  I would
imagine that the 345 N wouldn't have the proper openings for air flow.  

I don't know what the 346 N is.  My version, which is 6.02, shows 346 C
for the right grill.  Sounds like it may have been superceded.

The rest of your part numbers look good.

And keep in mind that the S6 Plus does not have a unique bumper.  It's
the same as the S6 2.2 and S6 4.2.  The only difference between the
three bumpers is the left grill for the AAN version of the S6.
