Not sure what decorative pieces you are referring to.

But you will also need to replace the US-spec side retainers:

4A0 807 283A - left
4A0 807 284A - right

I have attached a part list for you.

VAG Parts in the UK is very reputable - can be slow to respond, but they are
reliable.
