[s-cars] Help - Can't shift into 1st or 2nd!

BTDT 2x with my 200s.

Thanks to the guys at Apikol for making their short shifter 
installation instructions available on the web.

Figure 1a shows a 13mm bolt clamping the shifter linkage - check to 
see if this is tight.

If it is, there is a small arm that connects to a shaft in the 
transmission case - the other end has a ball which is held in a 
cup..that cup is attached to the linkage. On both my 200s, the ball 
started to separate from the arm, so I replaced the arm - as it turns 
out, if I had a welder I might have welded the ball back into place.

It was a pain in the butt to remove and replace - I supported the car 
on jack stands and removed the front driver's wheel to get better access.
This is one of those jobs easier done using a lift.
