[s-cars] ticking - should I worry?

We appreciate your service. Life can be hard on the cutting edge of
the sword of freedom. Semper Fi !

If it is dusty around your tent, you may need to use the severe
service schedule for oil changes. :-) Too many listers gloss over
the fact that short trips, stop and go
freeway traffic as well as dusty conditions should move your schedule
to the shorter change interval.

Hopefully you will have the opportunity to link up with some other
owners in person to share knowledge and labor on your projects - the
reason listers would freeze in Paul Krazusky's garage just to fix his
car. :-) I think most can see what bonds a Marine unit together -
What bonds this list together is more elusive - but events
have shown it is a pretty powerful force - a lot more than showing
off pretty cars or just keeping an old car going. We know a lot
about good beer, too. :-)
