[s-cars] Thermostat and O-Ring

The o-ring goes between the t-stat and the plastic housing - definitely.

I just replaced the plastic cover, dealer price was $25.

A tip, check to make sure your new t-stat opens at 87C, by putting in a pot
of water with a thermometer. The first one I bought didn't open until 95C.
