Mark,
As Fred states, you can get them from autohausaz. The OEM Bosch part
is Bosch
#0 280 213 007. The AZ part is Bosch # 0 986 280 137 reflecting it
is a rebuilt part
from Bosch. You can also get Bosch # 0 986 280 139 which Tom at AZ
crosses
to Porsche 951 606 12502 for '92-'95 968 models. Folks on this list
more often
cross that number to the Bosch 0 280 213 017 which is the equivalent
of Audi #
034 133 471 H or the RS2 MAF.
In other words, you can also buy the RS2 MAF in a rebuilt from
autohausaz if you
want a more robust part without the $600 price tag. There is the
problem of the
core charge for these rebuilts though.
There is a thread or a tech article on one of the C4 6cyl lists about
rebuilding the
MAF with a broken wire. I haven't pursued that so I know nothing of
what it is
about.
