Running 993 rotors under 996 TT calipers.
Stock 996 TT Pads... AKA Bira Sys 6....

These are the original conversion parts from WAY back.
Like I say, I don't drive it much. And I don't brake much :-)

Is it possible the pads are just aged and therefore not grabbing much.
I have turned to rotors before, but that gets expensive and they end up
taking alot off.
I have used files and sandpaper to break any glaze and flatten the pads.

I don't think the pads owe me much, so I don't mind replacing them. Plus
they REALLY suck when cold, and REALLY REALLY suck when cold and wet, to the
point of not stopping at all.

I know race pads will not help much with that, so I don't wanna go that
aggressive.

Mark
