All,

Did as suggested and pulled the connectors on all of the injectors to
roll the engine over for some seconds.  Plugged them in, and she
started right up.

Have all of the pieces back on with the exception of the bumper and
the trim pieces below the lights.  Backed off of the ramps and let the
car warm in the driveway for a bit.  Topped off fluids, checked oil,
went around the block.  Took it easy for now.  Don't know how the RS2
turbo will get on (it's used) and how it will behave with the rest of
the system (RS2 manifold, stromung, stock injectors and MAF, and MTM
1+ chip).

Upon returning, noticed a slight bubbling on the top of the coolant
resevoir.  Looks like a hairline crack right about in the middle.
Have others patched cracks like this with something?  Would like to
hold off on replacements for a while.
