That sucks.

Start with a visit with the service manager. Call to make an appointment to
see him. Don't tell him why, he'll know.

If he doesn't offer to make good to your complete satisfaction, escalate
immediately to dealership GM *and* owner.

File a police report. Don't accuse the dealership of causing the damage,
just describe the damage.

Then call your insurance company.

The GM or owner will typically handle the issue if the service manager
doesn't.
