Bill, you should be able to cut the crimp off with a pair of wire
cutters or the like. Alternately, if you're daring, and have several
fire extinguishers handy, use a dremel tool, and work very carefully.
You just want to cut the metal crimp sleeve, and not the underlying
hose or fuel line. Once you've got the crimp off, the hose should
pull off, and you should be able to replace it with EFI grade 8 mm
(or 5/16" - they're close enough to use interchangeably) fuel line,
and two new clamps.
