[s-cars] Family Album Windows XP Install/Operation Help

Howdy folks,

Anybody know the trick(s) for getting the family album to properly install/operate w/ Windows XP?  I have 2 different CD versions, neither of which I've been able to get to run.  Install seems to go fine but I get a 'Hardlock Not Found' error upon initiation of the program.  The software warns that if this happens, run 'Hardlock.exe' fr the CD directly but when I do, my system just stalls/locks up and the only way to recover is to reboot..  Any suggestions would be apprecitated - thanks!
