Register it in another state. With Mailboxes etc in every state, 
along with executive suites pretty much everywhere, you can have a 
legitimate mailing address anywhere you want.

Then it's between you and your insurance company with regard to 
where it's "regularly garaged."

Just pick a state that doesn't have annual inspections...that 
could be a PITA if it were halfway across the country.
