before you run out and buy a cartridge Office depot now
sells universal email toner re-fill kits.

Just make sure you don't accidentally buy the white version,
it's designed for artists and your text won't show up on
your monitor.

Perhaps he accidentally used a white one and that's why he can't see
his email?
