[s-cars] Stop the comedy! Real issues to solve!

FWIW, my MRC stage 2 custom tune was on the more aggressive side and is a
bit sensitive to fuel from the get go. Mihnea advised me to back off on the
wastegate and all has been good since. I tried 2 full turns back, then 1/4
turns until the knock stopped. I would do the other diagnostics first,
however.
