I've been following this with interest, and have a
rather dumb question which I will get to. I have a
very similar setup to Randy- car was purchased with
the ECS "big red" kit (I think stage III as they were
2-piece rotors), then switched to A8L rotors and 034
modified RS2 brackets when I found cracking on my ECS
brackets.

Now I'm getting close to needing new pads, so the dumb
question: what year/ model Porsche do I search for?
Obviously, the parts places sell by year/ model, not
by "993 big red" ;-)

I'm looking for zero noise/ dust pads, this is my
wife's daily driver. Any recommendations? Currently
has some sort of Mintex pads (or so I was told) which
are dead quiet and clean.

Also FYI I get no google hits for the above pad p/n
928 959 949 03. But I see a few Porsche places
listing a 928 351 949 03...

Thanks,
Matt
