"Frictional Cost"  um, OK. Must be a bicycling term.  ;-)

I get your drift though.

I have decided to send (3) extra stock wheels, two which are bent, out to
be straightened and refinished in a light charcoal (should look good with
the silver car).  I will then buy a 4th from the wheel service and have
them finish it the same as the others.

I will have a nice straight set of wheels and get new rubber put on them. 
I am just hoping my bad tire holds up for a few weeks while I get this
done.

My buddy owns a mobile wheel repair business and can get the wheels
straightened and refinished for about $60 each (sweet, eh?)
