I think we all know that whatever you do, it will cost money.

There are a variety of options, but Dave needs the fastest/cheapest as he
still wants to drive his car while  saving $ for the wheel set of his
dreams. The best solution for him will be what he can find quickly in his
area, be it two tires or four. Or a bus ticket. ;-)
