[s-cars] UrS and 200 ball joint failures

I saw someone nearly lose a Jeep Liberty on Route 95 today. Pure cockpit
error. Guy's in the center lane, moderate traffic, 65 mph. All of a sudden
he cuts right, hard. Don't know why. Overcorrects, cuts across 2 lanes of
traffic, pulls a complete 360 and comes to a stop in the slow lane.

I'm about 300 yards behind watching the entire thing unfold.

Moderate traffic...I couldn't believe he didn't hit anyone or anything.

After a quick change of skivvies, the guy started up and
continued...slowly...up 95. 

Unbelievable.
