[s-cars] UrS and 200 ball joint failures

The accident reconstruction team interviewed me again today.

The car did in fact suffer a mechanical failure. He didn't want to
provide specifics.

The State Police has engineers doing an "autopsy" on the car. 2 weeks
before we see the report.
