Well obviously the serpentine belt runs the alternator.  Illustration 903-50 shows the alternator and 
the power steering pump and mentions the air conditioner compressor but it does not give their PNs.
 It does give the serp belt PN and various bracket PNs.
As for 054,  my guess is it is a prefix used for common parts that cross over an number of engines,  
years and even into VW.  Seems to be that way when you look.
