[s-cars] Fuel Pump Testing Procedure (for future reference)

On the 200, I seem to remember being able to jumper the fuel pump relay in
order to pull this off (same process/effect, just allows for nice short
switch-jumper).  I think somebody even put a momentary switch into a dead
relay box? Is there any reason that won't work for the AAN? Then again I
guess in the case of the C4 it means taking the under-dash covers off so you
add that hassle...

That said, I've just peeked under the carpet and there's no sign of anybody
ever touching the fuel pump, with 170k & ticking... Guess I'm going to start
driving around with a spare FP and spare CPS at least until I can get to
putting them in pre-emptively...
