Jerry:  From what you describe, power it NOT getting to either the coils OR the POSs.  Since both
the coils and the POSs are powered off the bus-bar No. 15 terminal (under the driver's side knee
 bolster) which is switched power, you have to suspect: a) the ignition switch and/or b) the POSs
(the coils are passive and are controlled by the ECU via the POSs)
