Why buy some unknown stuff? Just go to your local pharmacy and buy rubbing
alcohol.

Mixed with the "low VOC" washer fluid, you should be fine.

I thought CA allowed the stuff with methanol in it for winter use- that's
what it says on my Rain-X bottle.
