[s-cars] Good Deal on New GKN/Löbro Front Axles

Speaking of shuddering, the return of a problem...

Upon braking OCCASIONALLY the steering wheel will oscillate violently
due to something being not right at the right front wheel. If I back
off and slowly squeeze the brakes a couple of times, it will brake
smoothly. Any ideas? Patient is the S6 avant with 993tt brakes up
front and an Eibach/Bilstein Sport set-up. The problem occurred before,
but just went away. It sure feels like something is loose and I squeeze
it back into place to make things right, but I can't figure out what I
might be doing. I didn't see anything last time I pulled off the
wheels, but I thought I'd ask, as I'm about to swap wheels again. That
and the fact that the 16 year old may be driving it at some point means
it's got to be searched out and fixed now.

Thanks,

Steve
