[s-cars] CEL came on while driving, wont restart found code 4411- HELP! :-)

My 93 has had the same no-start problem, the same 4411 code, but only in 
very cold weather, near 0 F.
When I checked the ignition system, I got no spark, but plenty of fuel 
pressure.  It later starts as it warms to 15 or 20 degrees. I have never 
found the problem.
