[s-cars] CEL came on while driving, wont restart found code 4411- HELP! :-)

Jerry, after reading all the responses to this thread, it sounds like 
brittle/cracked/stressed insulation on your CPS wires could be the 
cause.  For grins, next time it wont start and it's that cold, try the 
opposite of the water suggestion; point a hair dryer down the belt cover 
for a few minutes and see if it will start.  My hunch is that the heat 
would soften the insulation and temporarily solve the issue.  If so, a 
new CPS seems like a good idea.  If not, well my hunch proves wrong.  =)
