One more thought: since you get the 4411 code, you might try pointing the hair dryer at the #1 injector. Could be brittle insulation on that connector as well. Bitter cold sucks. We've had some -16 Celsius mornings here in Boulder. That's only one degree warmer than your 0F. My cruise control doesn't work when it's this cold.

When I checked the ignition system, I got no spark, but plenty of fuel
pressure. It later starts as it warms to 15 or 20 degrees. I have never
found the problem.
