[s-cars] Could it be my CSP?

Oh, BTW, I do have Vag-Com but with the engine not running I'm limited to
saved codes. I do not have any saved codes except for 513 which I believe is
because the engine is not running.

Lino:  Non-start like that leads *usually* to two conclusions: 

 1. Cam Position Sensor (CPS) has died, in which case  you get a 

2113 blink code (go to SJM Autotechnik for blink code procedure if you don't
know how)

2. Fuel pump is bugga'd.  In which case, I would suggest testing the pump
following this procedure:

However, if you have spark and fuel, all I can think of is your timing belt
is broken.

 

I would confirm the CPS and the fuel situation first.
