[s-cars] Turbo rebuild

It's time for a rebuild on my turbo. 220,000 miles I thought was pretty
awsome. It's been passing a bit of oil into the intake, about 1 quart per 4k
miles, and recently started making a bit of a whine coming off throttle.
Shaft play easily felt.

This is for my 93 S4 with stock K24 turbo.

I don't mind doing it myself if you guys say so but would really like to get
it right (due to labor involved) the first time. Turbo City in the Los
Angeles area is priced right and the turn-around time would be the best.

Any suggestions or referrals? Quality if foremost.
