I would have done so also, except that the leads supplied with the CPS
sensors from BBMacao weren't long enough to do so; a delicate splice
operation had to be performed by decidedly not delicate fingers - can't
recall the gauge wires but they seemed to be very tiny!
It worked just fine until the car got creamed, but 6 or 8 more inches
would have made a world of difference in that job...(now go have fun
with that line y'all...)

Everyone is assuming there is a splice job. If I was doing this I would
get new connectors, crimp them onto the new CPS leads, pop the old wires
out of the connector housing, and insert the new ones into the now
vacated connector housing. I avoid splices if at all possible.
