Hi John,
Open your hood (use a flashlight or light source) and look for a tab right behind turn signals, take a long screwdriver and push down on the tab, you can now pull out the turn signal lights. The bulbs will come out with a turn of the socket. When you replace the turn signal assembly be sure you hear a firm "click" of the tab... And visually inspect it, if it doesn't sound or look right push harder... Otherswise you risk finding your turn signal in many pieces on the autoroute.... BTDT.
Cheers, /Jamu.

I'm stumped. The owner's manual image must be of an A6 and the AAN layout blocks my view? I can't figure out how to change turn signal bulbs w/o removing the headlight assemblies first. Is there an easier way that I'm missing?
john
