got off with no vehicular manslaughter charge or the like.  And the
gall to seek damages!!!???

I just thought it was amusing/bizarre that CNN put the big 4 rings pic
on the story!

that is a horrible story. it's deplorable that the audi driver would
get off with no charges after killing a boy doing 107mph in a 55
zone. wtf??? vehicular manslaughter at a minimum. i hope they do find
a way to press new charges against that f**king idiot.
