[s-cars] Water in Right Rear Footwell - Cause/fix?

Yes, Wayne, that very drain, if plugged, can lead to the overflow for 
sure.  What's more, the path that overflow follows leads it right 
into the compartment where the ECU sits awaiting a nice long soaking 
bath.  A quick shower does little to the ECU but if it gets that long 
soak...  Well, to quote Bones, "He's dead, Jim."   Don't ask me how I 
know.  Fortunately I got mine dried out quickly enough but I have 
seen the results of this sort of drowning.  It ain't purdy.
