[s-cars] Water in Right Rear Footwell - Cause/fix?

The evap drain is the prime suspect.  Lift the hood and remove the plastic 
cover just in front of the windshield.  I haven't done this for a while, but 
the drain is reached from the passenger side and I think it's under the 
blower motor.  It's not really visible from above, but can be spotted from 
underneath.  I use something sturdy but flexible, like a flexible cable, to 
poke the gunk out of it (from above).
