[s-cars] Source for torque wrench?

That's the problem Matt, your t-wrench is not under warranty.  I figured
that the repair bill for my Craftsman would be at least $50.  I spent the
$50 on a used MAC, all metal torque wrench that was recently calibrated. 
I verified the calibration with another, actually calibrated torque wrench
at work and it was perfect.
Like I mentioned, it wasn't shiny, but it was a good, solid, quality tool.
