it's the easiest pad replacement you'll ever do.

there's a pin or bolt that runs across the caliper in the middle.  remove it.  once it's out, pull the anti-rattle clip out.  after that, lever against the pads to push them apart and retract the pistons.  after that, the pads slide right out.

put some antiseize on the edges of the new pads, slide them in, install anti-rattle clip, install pin/bolt.
