[s-cars] Troubleshoot a no start issue

In my vast <grin> experience, at the most basic level it comes down to  
spark or fuel. Looks like you've verified fuel, have you verified  
spark? Once you're sure you've got spark to all 5 plugs, then you get  
to chase zebras and verify that you're getting spark at the right  
time. Good luck.
