[s-cars] Troubleshoot a no start issue

Brooke-

Is there any chance that you have jumped a tooth in valve timing- not enough
to clash valve with piston but enough to start.  I forgot your lists of
tests but did you do a leakdown- this would tell you quick without having to
pull of the shroud to the cam or the cam cover.  I may be far off since I
think a fellow list even sheared his crank damper pulley and his car still
ran- but it is a thought.
