Where?  Certainly not on C-470!  I have seen statements like this from the
police numerous times over the years in lots of different places and I have
never once witnessed or personally heard of anyone being pulled over for
this.  What about the cop who goes 65 in the left lane?  Next time I see one
of those I'll write down his number and call the PD and see what the
response is just for a laugh.
